After your order has been paid, our warehouse normally needs 1–3 business days to process your order. You will receive a notification once your order has been shipped.
Most orders are fulfilled within 7–14 business days, depending on payment verification, product availability, destination, shipping method, and local delivery conditions. Once your order has shipped, tracking information will be sent to you by email or text message.

Bestin offers shipping discounts based on your order amount. The shipping discount will be applied according to the final order value at checkout.

A remote delivery fee of US $13.99 – $22.99 may be added for orders to remote areas in Australia, including islands such as Tasmania and Lord Howe Island, to ensure timely delivery.
Depending on your ordered items’ availability, Australian shipping may require additional processing time from the time your order is placed. You will receive an email or text with tracking information when your order is shipped.
International Shipping
Currently, delivery services are supported for the United States, Canada, Australia, the United Kingdom, and selected European countries. Delivery to other regions may not be available at this time unless otherwise confirmed by our customer service team.
International shipping may take approximately 3–21 business days from the time your order is placed, depending on the destination, product availability, customs clearance, local delivery conditions, and selected shipping method.
International shipping charges do not include customs duties, import taxes, local clearance fees, or other local charges. You may be responsible for these charges according to the policies of your country or region.

Expedited Shipping
