How do I request an exchange?
We've made exchanges easy and free for you
· Go to our Online Store navigation bar or footer menu and click on Start a Return
· Select Exchange as your request.
Leave a note with the details of the item you'd like in exchange (size, color, etc.)
· Our support team will review your request within 7 business days
Once approved, you'll receive a free return label via email to send your item back
How do I request a refund?
We've made refunds simple and hassle-free:
· Go to our Online Store navigation bar or footer menu and click on Start a Return.
· Select Refund as your request.
· Submit the return request (no extra notes required)
· Our support team will review your request within 7 business days
· Once approved, you'll receive a free return label via email to send your item back.
· After we receive and inspect the returned item, your refund will be issued to your original payment method
I haven't received my refund yet. What should I do?
Once your return is processed and approved, the refund is issued back to your original payment method. Please note:
· Processing time: Most refunds take 5-10 business days to appear, depending on your bank or card provider.
· Email confirmation: You'll receive an email notification once the refund has been initiated.
· Check with you bank: I you dont see the refund ater 10 business days, Please contact you bank or credt card company as some instlutions may experence delys
· Still no refund? Reach out to our customer support team, and we'll be happy to assist you further.
How do I request a return label?
Requesting a return label is quick and easy:
· Go to our Online Store navigation bar or footer menu and click Start a Return.
· Choose whether you'd like a Refund or an Exchange.
·Submit your request with the required details.
· Our support team will review it within 7 business days.
· Once approved, you'll receive a free return label via email.
· Simply print the label, attach it to your package, and drop it off at the carrier.
Return labels are only valid for 14 days, so please mail your package as soon as possible.
How long does an exchange take?
The exchange process usually takes 1-2 weeks in total, depending on shipping times:
· Return shipping: First,the package needs to arive at our warehouse. This may take several business days, depending on your location and carer
· Processing: Once received, our team willreview your exchange request. This step typically takes up to 3 business days
· New shipment After approval, your replacement order wil be shipped out. Delivery tme wil depend on your selected shiping method and destination.
We'll notify you by email at each step of the process so you can track the progress.
What's your return and exchange policy?
Eligible items can be returned within 30 days of purchase for a refund. We reserve the right to refuse worn or damaged merchandise.
Please note that we do not accept returns on custom-made products, final sale merchandise or products that are specified as non-returnable in its description. Embroidered items are also final sale and cannot be returned for a refund or exchange.
Can I request multiple return labels for one order?
For each order, we provide only one free return label.
· If you request additional labels, extra shipping fees will apply.
· Please use the single return label provided to return all items in your order whenever possible
· This helps us keep the return process efficient and ensures fairness for all customers

What if I request a return after the allowedtimeframe?
If your return request is submitted after the designated period, you cannot submit it directly through the system.Please contact our After-Sales team, and they can manually create thereturn or exchange request for you.
·Shipping cost: You will be responsible for covering the full shipping cost for the return.
· Return eligibility: Please ensure the item stil meets our return policy requirements (unused, in original condition, with tags)
·Processing: Once we receive the item and confirm it meets the requirements, we'll proceed with your refund or exchange.

Where are your orders shipped from?
We ship from multiple warehouses worldwide to ensure smooth delivery. 💙
Most orders are shipped from China, but we also have local warehouses in several countries to serve customers more efficiently.
No need to worry about shipping time or customs—our team works to ensure your package arrives safely and on time.
Why can’t my order be shipped to a PO Box address?
Our shipping partners do not support delivery to PO Box addresses. 💙
Please provide a physical street address when placing your order to ensure smooth delivery.
If you’ve already submitted a PO Box address, please contact our After-Sales team to update it before your order is shipped.
How long does it take for my order to arrive?
Shipping times vary by country, but most orders are delivered within the following ranges: 💙
United States / Canada: 7–15 business days
Europe (EU countries): 7–15 business days
Australia / New Zealand: 10–18 business days
Other countries: 10–20 business days

Why hasn’t my package tracking updated for several days?
Sometimes tracking information may not update immediately due to carrier processing. 💙
Carrier delays: Packages may remain at a sorting facility for 1–3 days before the next scan.
Local postal service: Once the package reaches your country, tracking updates depend on local postal operations.
Tracking system lag: Occasionally, carriers update their systems with a slight delay.
If your package hasn’t moved for more than 3 days and you’re concerned, please contact our After-Sales team with your order number. We’ll help investigate and ensure your package is on its way.
Do I need to pay shipping fees or additional taxes?
